I lead health system planning, service redesign, and digital health initiatives from strategy through implementation and into sustained operations. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, policy, and frontline care, aligning clinical realities with system-level priorities.
For over 15 years, I have worked across ministries, health authorities, and national organizations to design and implement solutions spanning hospital service planning, data ecosystems, clinical networks, and policy development. I am most often brought in where priorities are complex, partners are diverse, and there is a need to move from ambiguity to clear, actionable direction.
I specialize in solving problems that do not have simple answers — co-designing provincial service frameworks, negotiating data-sharing agreements that uphold Indigenous data sovereignty, and building coordinated systems of care across organizations. My clinical background grounds my work in frontline realities, while an executive lens ensures alignment with system priorities and long-term sustainability.
My work has included system-level planning and redesign across more than 130 hospitals and health centres, influencing capital planning, service delivery, and models of care.
I work in embedded leadership roles to guide initiatives through critical phases of planning, implementation, and transition into sustained operations.
