For over 15 years, I’ve helped transform health systems by connecting strategic priorities with operational realities. My work spans every level of care, from acute care and outpatient clinics to health data ecosystems and policy development. I focus on solutions that are sustainable, measurable, and designed to deliver better outcomes for patients.
I specialize in solving problems that do not have easy answers. This includes co-designing service frameworks, negotiating data-sharing agreements that uphold Indigenous data sovereignty, and building provincial networks from the ground up. My clinical background keeps me anchored in frontline realities, while my executive lens ensures every initiative is aligned with system goals.
